Requesting a cancellation or return
Contact premiere@moviecharts.com with your order or booking reference. Eligibility depends on the service date, product condition and any customisation.
Services and bookings
Tell us as early as possible if plans change. Where a cancellation fee applies, it will be disclosed before confirmation. Weather or safety changes initiated by us qualify for a reschedule or refund of the affected service.
Products
Eligible unused products must be returned with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Opened software, personalised goods and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless faulty.
Faults and refunds
Report damage or faults promptly with clear photos where relevant. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times can vary.
